This is a tricky one, as the majority of SEO’s Ive seen focus more on what I can get out of the company than what I can do to enhance the company. Ive never found a company that focused more on finding out what I could do to the company to make it better. Unfortunately, this is a trend that I’ve seen more of in the past few years.

Its not because I want to work for myself, its because I don’t want to work with some other person. You might think that your job is the only thing that you’re good for, but you’re wrong.
Well, I could tell you that I hate the idea of working in an office. However, I can tell you that when I was a teenager I had a boss who worked at a video game company for a living. And this guy was also the only one in the office who would ever say, “I’ve known this for a while now.
I get that you need to make a living, but there’s no real reason to work from your home. Sure, you could use your home office to put up with all the aggravation, but why would you? The only reason to work from your home office is if you wanted to be able to work from wherever you are.
The best reason to work remotely from your home office is if you want to be able to work from anywhere. And sure, a lot of companies offer remote work options, but most of them don’t really help you out in this regard, because there’s so many different situations in which your work will be done from anywhere. We don’t need help putting up with your office politics, we need help working with the right people from the right place.
So, how do you do it? You hire someone to work remotely? Thats not something most people want to do, and it certainly can cause a great deal of stress. You can do it, but you just have to be proactive. You can hire people, but first you have to know who they are.
Its a bit of a balancing act, as you can have a lot of people in a position where you are not in the best position to provide direct support. You can hire someone (or a team) to do a remote job, but if they arent in the best position to provide direct support, then you can train them to do it. And you can train them, but you don’t have to train them at all.
Companies that hire remote workers work best if they have a good amount of control over them. If you dont have someone in a position to take care of the people you hire, then you probably need a remote worker who does have this skill. You can train them to do it, if you need some help with that. If you are not in a position to direct them, then you can probably train them to do it for yourself, but it is best to do it yourself.
