So the question is, can we truly say that we are self-aware? Yes, we are aware of our thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and many other things, but the problem is that most of them are based on what we are perceiving and experiencing. If we are living in the moment, or if we are living in the moment without caring about what we really think about what we are doing, then most of the time we aren’t actually aware.
Yes, we are aware of what we are perceiving and experiencing, and yes, we are aware that we are living in the moment, because we are actively aware of what we are doing. But how do we know that we are not living in the moment mindlessly? We don’t.
We can’t. We have to be aware of it in order to know that we are not living in the moment mindlessly. We can only know that we are not living in the moment mindlessly if we are aware of it. You can be aware of it, but you can only be aware of it if you are doing something about it.
We have to be aware of what we are doing in order to know that we are not living in the moment mindlessly. And that’s why, from the very beginning, we have to be intentional about what we are doing to avoid it.
The first step is to try and be aware of it. The next step is to consciously do something about it. If you want to know which one is most important, think about your own life.
I think that this is the most important point. If we don’t have a method for consciously deciding what we do or don’t want to do, then we can’t make that conscious decision. If we don’t know what we want or don’t want to do, then we can’t control ourselves. This means that we are unable to control our own lives. This is a big reason we have a life.
We can control our lives through our actions, but we cannot control the results of our actions. How we chose to live influences our choices in life. If we are not happy with how we live our lives, we have many options available to us. We can get out of the house, we can join a gym, we can get a job, we can go on a vacation. But all of these are just ways of controlling our lives. They are not a true way to be happy.
We often choose to work in the wrong jobs and choose the wrong jobs based on the wrong expectations. We work in a way that doesn’t match up with our personality or our goals. We work under the assumption that we can’t be happy, will be unhappy, because our jobs don’t match up with our personality or our needs.
We have to learn to be happy in and of ourselves. We can get out of the house, we can join a gym, we can get a job, we can go on a vacation, we can start a family, but all of these are just ways of controlling our lives. They are not a true way to be happy. We often choose to work in the wrong jobs and choose the wrong jobs based on the wrong expectations.
For the most part, these should be easy things to fix. There are a lot of things we don’t do because we want to be successful or we want to look good, and as a result we end up not succeeding. These are all things we can and should change. But that doesn’t mean we should do them all at once.
