When I was younger I was a bit of an over-achiever. I spent hours upon hours on the computer and I loved to tinker with software. It wasn’t until I got older though that I began to realize how much I enjoyed it all. I found that I was spending a ton of time in the “computer” area of my brain, and that I was doing more of my work in the “software” area of my brain.
The two areas of your brain that are involved in software development are the frontal lobe and the limbic lobe. Both are involved in everything from working memory (which is a fancy term used to describe the things that you do while you’re working on a task), to “theory of mind,” a concept I’ve heard referred to as “executive function” or “mental control.
The theory of mind is the ability to understand what we are doing at all times while we are doing it, to what that makes the task possible. Executive function is the ability to use our mental powers on the task at hand. There are three main areas of the brain that are involved in each of these. The three main areas of the frontal lobe are the prefrontal cortex, the perirhinal cortex, and the parahippocampal cortex.
The prefrontal cortex, in particular, is the area that is often the most affected by stress and tiredness. The prefrontal cortex is also one of the first areas to get shut down after a stressful event. It is the only part of the brain that can be shut down in times of extreme stress. It is when you have to do something very stressful that the prefrontal cortex can be shut down.
The way I look at it is that the prefrontal cortex is the “thinking” part of the brain. It is the part of the brain that is able to think, reason, and evaluate all of your information. It is the part of the brain that is responsible for making decisions. It is, therefore, the part that is shut down during times of extreme stress.
You might be wondering, why am I telling you this? Is it because the answer might help you think about how you can be more aware of your stress level? Well, the answer is that if you know how much stress you are under, you can work on reducing your stress. This is the easiest way to do this.
Stress is a mental health issue that can be quite debilitating for many people. For one, it makes it harder to think and makes it easy to become angry. So, it is imperative to be aware of your stress level during times of stress. It is also imperative to take care of yourself during stressful times. If you know you are stressed out, you can make changes to how you are feeling. It is also important to take care of your health during times of stress.
Stress is a natural part of life that we all try to avoid at all costs. This is true for all types of stress, but especially so for stressful behaviors like smoking, drug use, and overeating. It is also true for some types of stress like that of divorce, job loss, or even death. The key is to take care of yourself and treat your stress as a normal part of life.
Stress is a big part of life that we all try to avoid at all costs. While some of the symptoms of stress are usually benign, others can be serious or even deadly. In fact, many of the stress-related diseases are triggered or exacerbated by stress. While stress is a normal part of life, it can also be dangerous and unhealthy. Many people use the symptoms of stress as excuses to avoid taking time off, drink too much, or have too many parties.
Stressed-out? Yep. That’s all you can think about for a few hours. And then you realize, hey, I didn’t even know about that.
