Its funny that rich people can become billionaires but poor people cannot. Its because a rich person is able to get rich and then the people who helped him or her become rich. However, if a poor person gets wealthy, then everyone who helped him or her become wealthy as well.
As it turns out, a wealthy farmer named Richard Seo who owns a farm just outside of rural Connecticut is the wealthiest person in the United States. So if you live in Connecticut, you’re probably among the wealthiest people in the world.
When you buy a farm, you have the opportunity to buy an asset called a “land trust.” The land trust allows you to bequeath your farm to your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. It is a form of “passing down” ownership which allows the heirs to be free to use the land as they see fit.
Richard Seo is the richest person in the world. In order to get rich you have to work hard. Richard Seo has also created a new industry, the Seo farmers, that allows billionaires to live on the land they own. With a land trust, you are allowed to rent land to people so they can live on the land you own. In fact, Richard Seo has created a company called Seo Farms which lets millionaires rent out their land to others.
Richard Seo, as an example, has a very hard time letting the land, which is his, go to the people he wants to keep it for him. Because of this, Richard Seo has created a company, Seo Farms, who does not allow the people who live on his land to keep their houses. Instead, they are given houses that are made by a company called Landtrust, which pays for the building materials.
