This summer, I have been trying to eat healthy. My diet is a mix of what I can eat and what I can’t. I don’t eat a lot of fatty or processed foods so my diet is mostly plant-based. I eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and chicken but I also love my quinoa and quinoa salad.
But I’m not the only one who has been eating healthy. There are a lot of us out there who just seem to be doing it just because we want to. Now, I’m not going to lie, I’m not the healthiest person I know, but I try to maintain my health. So with that out of the way, let’s talk about all of the foods I’m trying to eat.
While I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, I also love my quinoa and quinoa salad. I try to eat a salad every day for lunch. I also like to eat fish and seafood and I like to eat fish and seafood when I’m traveling to restaurants. I eat chicken when I’m in a mood and a lot of times that’s it. So the idea that fish and seafood are a bit “overdone” is just an oversimplification. It’s true that they can be a bit too much, but so what? Everyone eats chicken and fish all the time, and everyone’s eating them all the time. Just like everyone eats vegetables, you can add them to your diet if you want to.
It’s true that the world is full of fish and seafood dishes, but there are good reasons to eat them and they do have their place. Fish is a very protein-rich food, meaning you can get all the protein you need from it without eating the fat. But it also has a very high saturated fat content, plus the fish can be quite salty, which is why I prefer to eat it with other foods like potatoes (potatoes are full of fiber and potassium).

Kim Soo Hyun cooks and serves a lot of Korean seafood dishes, and the prices are relatively cheap. You’re also guaranteed to get a good amount of protein, plus you’ll get lots of vitamin A, B, C, and D, which is important for the health of your skin and eyes.
Kim Soo Hyun has a sister restaurant called Seo Ye Ji, which is a bit more upmarket. Both restaurants serve a lot of seafood dishes and are good for those craving a big dose of veggies.
But if youve got a sweet tooth, then you should definitely go to Seo Ye Ji. They both have a lot of fresh produce, and while the menu is a little more pricey at Seo Ye Ji, they have a lot of seafood to choose from. The fresh seafood is also prepared at a very high level: The fish is cooked to a perfectly crisp consistency and has a nice light, pink hue.
