It seems like I’ve been asking for it for a long time. I just wanted to talk about the three levels of self-awareness.
In the first level, you are aware that you are aware. In the second level, you are aware of yourself and how you are aware. In the third level, you are aware of how you are aware.
The difference between the first level and the second and the third is that in the second and third levels, you are aware of how you are aware. The first level is just awareness. The third level is awareness of awareness.
This is the first time I’ve heard the term self-awareness. I think it is pretty awesome. I can’t say I like it. The idea of self-awareness is so good and I feel like it is what separates people who know how to do certain things from those who don’t. It is a skill that can be learned, but there is a lot of things that we don’t even realize we need to do to become self-aware.
Self-awareness is a very big concept in psychology. We might not always acknowledge it, but we all have the ability to think about ourselves as “self,” “I,” or “me.” We all have different “selves” that we have to “be”. We need to have a self that is “me”. It is not always about who you are, but what you are. You are you.

But the most important thing you can do for your mind (as well as your body) is to eat right. When I was in high school, I ate a ton of unhealthy food. But by the time I graduated, I had lost about 7 pounds of fat and gained about 8.
