I have a hard time with the idea of “self-awareness” because it implies that I don’t know I’ve done something wrong. But I don’t. I do know that I’m aware of my body parts. I am aware of my mood. I am aware of my mind. I am aware of my feelings. I am aware of my actions. And I am aware of my thoughts.
We all are. But being aware of our actions and our thoughts and our feelings and our moods is a lot harder than being aware of our body parts. I just don’t understand how you can be aware of your thoughts and your moods and your feelings and your actions when you have no body part to think about.
That’s one of the reasons why I think self-awareness is so important. You should be aware of what your thoughts are even if you have no body parts to think about. There are a lot of weird and sometimes very strange things going on in your mind. And that’s why I think it’s so important to be self-aware.
I think that Self-awareness is one of the most important things we can do to enhance our experience of life and our ability to live in the moment. But I think we forget about Self-awareness when we are on autopilot for too long. As we age, we can lose our ability to control our thoughts and emotions and our behavior. We feel like no one cares when we are sick or are in bed but we are aware of how we feel and what we are doing.
Self-awareness is the ability to be aware of our thoughts and emotions. It is the ability to be able to recognize what we are feeling and know what to do to stop ourselves from going into autopilot. It is the ability to recognize that we are not going to just sit around and be lazy. We have to do something different or our life will be miserable.

How many people can really say they’ve been “kicked out of the loop” by a sudden realization of what they did to themselves or others that has caused them to stop what they were doing and turn around and face reality. We tend to get so hung up on our own reactions to life that we forget to realize we are not at all in control of our actions when we arent even aware of ourselves.
The same thing that allows us to feel self-aware is also the thing that allows us to become self-aware. This is something that only a handful of people really get, and that is why the so called “self-aware” society in America has turned so many people into complete self-deceivers. By making yourself aware of your own actions and reactions, you can become aware of who you are and why you are the way you are.
The very thing that makes us not self-aware is also what makes us more aware of our own actions. Making yourself aware of your own actions and reactions, is the thing that allows you to become aware of yourself. This is why we are allowed to feel self-aware. This is why we can be the ones making you aware of yourself.
